This module introduces key concepts and practices relating to the management of medication. These include: Overview of Medication, Restricted Medications, Safe storage, Documentation, and Medication Errors. Employees who are required to ASSIST with medication should also take the Assist with Medication module. PLEASE NOTE: Employees must score 100% to pass this module.
Assist with Medication
This module follows and builds on the Introduction to Medication module covering key concepts and practices relating to the administration of medication when supporting a client. These include: Administering Medication, The Rights of Medication, Crushing Medication, Right to Refuse. PLEASE NOTE: Employees must score 100% to pass this module.
Emergency Response Procedures
An overview of emergency response procedures including what to do in an emergency, fire safety, bushfire, flood and severe weather. Requires a minimum score of 90% to pass.
Personal Support and Care: A
Introduction to the employee’s role in providing individual support and care. Includes topics relevant to both Disability Services and Aged Care. Requires a minimum score of 90% to pass.
Personal Support and Care: B
Provides an overview of a range of illnesses and special needs which may be encountered by employees in their work. Requires a minimum score of 90% to pass.
Standards, Quality and Safeguarding
This module aims to familiarise employees with the core philosophies and standards that underpin their work. Key topics include privacy and confidentiality, quality management systems, human rights, freedom from abuse and neglect, duty of care, handling disclosures of concern, guardianship, and community visitor programs. Requires a minimum score of 85% to pass.

Dashboard
iinduct’s dashboard provides a current overview of your organisations learning management system. This includes the total number of modules, how many are currently due, in progress and finished. In addition, a snapshot of the total pending enrolments and number of inductees is provided.
When team members of the organisation log in, their dashboard is presented to them with the current items due such as content, compliance and other training.
Modules
iinducts interactive modules make training and knowledge retention a breeze for your organisations team members. With content and interatcitve questions, quizes and progress trackers – iinduct’s modules are a great way to deliver training to your team members.
iinducts modules are interactive content delivery wizards that are accessible on both desktop and mobile devices. Within the backend of iinduct, administrators can manage modules including modifying and reviewing module schedules, assign them to relevant departments, disciplines or groups, add topics, view module activity logs, disable and enable and much more.
Inductees
Manage inductees within the backend of iinduct. Add new inductees, bulk upload, and view archived. Add inductee details such as position and contact information, add them to training groups, sectors and schedules. At any point in time, get a snapshot of incomplete modules for inductees and schedule training.
View inductee results for modules easily and export to PDF. View activity logs and export to PDF, excel or CSV. SMS logs also appear in the inductee backend for inductees. All inductee data can be exported as a CSV.
Enrolments
Within the iinduct backend, administrators can view current, completed and future enrolments and export data to CSV, Excel or PDF. View enrolment related metrics such as status, type, due, completed, attempt, results and more for team members.

Templates
Easily create SMS and Email Templates such as Extended Time, New Schedule, Resit Module, Schedule Reminder Templates. Add merge tags to text to pull client, inductee or induction record fields for your templates such as inductee name, induction due, inductee email and so on.
SMS & Email
The SMS Logs backend within iinduct lists out a log of each SMS sent. These can be exported to PDF, Excel or CSV. The log will show when the text message was sent, who to (the recipients number), who it was sent by, the message, and the status.
Easily create email templates to be sent via email to recipients. Within Templates, administrators can easily see the SMS and Email Templates and click to edit, to populate those email and SMS templates with custom text content.

You can create an unlimited number of compliant documents and training courses within our system.
Does iinduct provide content across Australia?
Yes, we have modules built for separate states based on each state’s legislation. Our content is mapped to the NDIS Standards (and other standards?) and we have a clinical nurse consultant who writes and approves our clinical modules for any complex-care needs.
Can we use the system on a PC or Mac?
Yes, you can also access the system on tablets and mobiles using an internet browser.
What support does iinduct offer?
Our team is on hand 9am-6pm (AEST), Monday to Friday. We will review your urgent queries within 15 minutes to 3 hours. Our support guides are also available through the iinduct website for you to access at any time. In addition, we provide training on using the platform as well as short videos for your team to access.
Is it possible to set up ongoing annual training requirements?
Yes, we can set up automations so that your staff can be enrolled into modules on a recurring basis. You can do the same for compliance documents so that your staff are automatically reminded to upload a document as frequently as you require.
Can iinduct customise content?
We can customise all content with your logos, colours and branding, as well as your documents, policies, and terminology unique to your business. We can also create custom modules such as information around a specific participant’s needs or a SIL house, for example.
