Supporting Children and Young People

Provides an overview of key aspects of the Aged Care landscape in Australia. This module aims to familiarise employees with the core philosophies and standards that underpin their work. Key topics include privacy and confidentiality, quality management systems, human rights, freedom from abuse and neglect, duty of care, handling disclosures of concern, guardianship, and community visitor programs.
