If we are notified that personal information we hold is incorrect, this information will be updated with the correct details or removed from our records if accurate details cannot be obtained.

We handle and use personal information in connection with providing and administering our products and services. This can include processing payments, verifying your identity, communicating with you, maintaining and updating our records, and dealing with enquiries or support requests from you.

8. Do we share your personal information with others?
Your information may be accessed by the MYP Certified Partner by whom you were
introduced to MYP Corporation or if a commercial relationship is held between you and an MYP Certified Partner. By providing your personal information to us, you consent to your personal information being shared with the MYP Certified Partner.
As part of providing our services, MYP Corporation may disclose your personal information to third party suppliers and contractors of services, banks or other financial institutions, customers, our professional advisers and our external service providers that provide services to us. In these cases, MYP Corporation expects these organisations to protect the privacy of that personal information.
We may also share your personal information with a purchaser or potential purchaser of our business, and, in some circumstances, we may have to disclose your personal information for legal or regulatory purposes, such as where a court, the police or other law enforcement agency or regulatory body has asked us for it.

Where you subscribe to a benchmarking service, reports generated for this service will use anonymous aggregated data.

There may be circumstances where we need to disclose your personal information to a third party overseas (Overseas Recipient). This may occur, for example, where we have a database or server hosted outside Australia, or where you require advice from an overseas service provider.
Countries in which an Overseas Recipient is most likely to be located include, but are not limited to, India, Bolivia, Vietnam and the Philippines.

You can access our website home page (www.mypcorp.com) and browse these sites
without disclosing personal information. When completing an enquiry or any other form on the websites, you will be required to provide the personal information necessary for MYP Corporation to respond to your request and this information may be stored.
We utilise “cookies” on our websites and in the MYP Corporation application which enable us to monitor traffic patterns and to serve you more efficiently if you revisit these sites. An automated “cookie” notification will appear when visiting our site for the first time to give you instructions on how to disable “cookies” if you do not wish to use this function.
A variety of information is also recorded in relation to interactions with our websites and the MYP Corporation application. This can include information about software versions used, device identifiers (like IP address), location data, dates, times, referring websites, and user activity such as links clicked and functionality errors.
If you do not wish to have your personal information collected in this manner, you must refrain from using the MYP Corporation websites and MYP Corporation application (including general user or subscriber services).
11. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
MYP Corporation has applied features that comply with the European Union’s GDPR
obligations.
A “cookie” notification applies when visiting the MYP Corporation website for the first time that includes general information and instructions on how to disable “cookies”.
Recipients of emails from MYP Corporation’s eMarketing module will have increased profile management functionality.
Opt in settings options will be available on eMarketing module functions for users engaging with clients in the European Union.
