In other words, nothing sits on your agency's IT infrastructure or network. Our experienced and professional i-induct team will work with your HR and Operational Team to develop an online induction that is purpose built to meet your agency's needs.
Once your online induction is designed, the i-induct team will upload and make available the online version to your staff (inductees) enrolled via your i-induct portal. Once nominated, employees are immediately sent a unique password via SMS and/or email that gives them access to your specific online content through your i-induct portal. Once successfully completed, your agency is sent an instant report via email detailing the inductee’s results, which can then form part of the staff members HR file. There is also a fully featured Administration Dashboard you have access to so you can monitor staff compliance, run reports and review content.
